3		Eggs
1 1/4	c	Milk; warm (105~ - 115~)
1 1/4	c	Flour
	pn	Salt

Beat eggs until light and lemon colored. Add warm milk; stir well. Add flour and salt, stirring just until blended. Pour batter into well greased muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 450~ for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350~ and bake 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
